10 year balloon w/ 15-30 year amort. OR 15 yr fully amortized for +1% to rate

Include the Phoenix, Tucson, Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, Austin, El Paso, McAllen, Edinburgh, Mission, Salt Lake City, Ogden, Clearfield, Provo, Orem, Denver, Colorado Springs, Las Vegas & Albuquerque metro areas
General Use Properties
Include most residential, multi-family, office, retail, warehouse, flex & mixed-use properties
Special Use Properties
Include mini-storage, motels, churches, assisted living facilities, medical buildings, etc.
Properties NOT Lend On
